On October 6th, acting on a tip, Buffalo Animal Control Officers removed several dogs from a Laurel Street home in the Queen City. The following day, Police Officers and Buffalo Animal Control Officers raided four nearby houses and rescued ten adult pit bulls and eight puppies. PLEASE MEET THE LAUREL STREET EIGHT: A LITTER OF EIGHT 5 WEEK OLD PUPS WERE FOUND IN A DAMP, DARK CLOSET.THE PUPS ARE CLEAR OF RINGWORM & READY TO GO TO FOREVER HOMES. BUT THEY STILL NEED SPECIAL CARE AND GOOD NUTRITION TO MAKE SURE THEY STAY ON THE ROAD OF RECOVERY.
